So technically, I exercise everyday, so I’m actually not that bad, its the food I used to eat when the fridge is empty thats bad. So I basically just cut out all the junk, and quite literally, I began to melt away. I lost 14 lbs in the space of three weeks, and yes, thats 11 more than is considered safe, but heck it only proved one thing, that first 14 lbs was sustained only by foods intake. I bike twice a day, nearly everyday. So right now, I am only like 1 point over my ideal BMI stat, which isn’t that bad for someone who used to order out all the time, and drink soda.
What exactly did I cut out? That’s easy. Energy drinks, poutines, hamburgers, chips, chocolates, soda, etc… Just one tip, if you do drink Pepsi, don’t go to 7up, thinking its better, it has 50 cals more per 8oz. Do I miss any of them? Well you’d think so, but I always ate apples, tomatoes, vegetables, carrots, etc… I guess it wasn’t that I ate unhealthy, its that I ate more than I should have.
My one point of BMI I need to lose is equal to 6 pounds left to lose. Which ain’t much, I believe I can lose that much easily and safely in a month and half by pushing myself even harder than usual. I mean pushing my bike speed higher (need new brakes), and moving constantly. Also, eating at least 2 full meals and fruits for snacks.
Anyway, what did this do for me, try beating 6 heart beats less per minute. That means less stress on the heart, which is important not to forget. Weight means nothing if your heart can take the exercise you do on a daily basis.
